Lights and mirrors ahoy

The electricity was fitly connected today. We have lungs, ceiling fans and ability points – lots of faculty points! Lastly, we'll be able to escort the house at obscurity - we can see where we're walking! Looks parallel they were busy today- they had also installed the shower screens, bathroom mirrors and buffet/built-in doors.

I’m not positive if I mentioned it but we have a key – WOOHOO – so we can go to see and browse whenever we defect. We had to pay a $20 let fall for the privilege in trade for a ‘builder’s key’, but we get that back when we palm and fingers the key in at handover. We’ve had the key for about two weeks now and it’s been unreal. It’s great to be skilful to browse around interior part whenever we want. It way we can keep a closer eye on the finer minor circumstances and advise the builder if anything isn’t to our wish/specification earlier then we otherwise would ensuring there will be no squalid surprises advance handover.

Talk of nasty surprises…how shocked was I when I maculated the linen china-closet’s brand spanking new uncertain doors…they were best part. Cream you say – what’s wrongful with that? Well, we have white walls that’s whats wrongful with it. It just looked so unfair. I have consciously made an strain to ensure everything has matched. There is no way I would have let a choice part linen closet door slide through in my colour preference.

I rang the builder slow this afternoon and explained their tiny mistake. He related he would have to take a look at his delicate colour pick document to see what colour it was supposed to be. Do you meditate I could find my copy at abiding-place? Nope. I did find the primary draft which had ‘betula cream’ as the colour but as expected I had sharp that up and changed it to white. I rang the true building set to find out what we had on the contract and it was indeed 'artic white' which was such a succor. That means some one has stuffed up and they more good fix it!
